Currently we ship to addresses within Australia only.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We offer two shipping methods through Australia Post:
Standard Shipping
Express Shipping
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of items in your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before your complete your purchases
Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 4 working days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are based on Australia Post estimated and may very depending on your location.
Parcel Post:
Within Melbourne: 2-4 business days
Interstate: 3-6 business days
Express Post:
Within Melbourne: 1-2 business days
Interstate: 1-3 business days
Regular Letter:
Within Melbourne: 3-5 business days
Interstate: 4-7 business days
Tracking Your Order
Tracking is available on all Parcel Post and Express Post orders.
For Regular Letter deliveries, tracking is optional and can be added at an additional cost.
Once your order is shopped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information if applicable.
Handling and Packaging
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. All our packaging materials are selected to provide maximum protection during transit.
Returns and Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, returns or exchanges are offered for damaged or faulty items.
Please contact us via email at hello@finefold.com.au within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue promptly.
